Problem with Skyrim

hello guys, let's just go to problem

problem one
alright this the problem i am currently doing Quest 'Forbidden Legend' when i go to place 3 fragment in pedestal(i think) there is one draugr ghost standing in upper right(where there are Archmage gauldur tomb) i don't care 'bout that, i just keep going, but when press E(a.k.a Active) to pedestal it doesn't respond for 2 sec, but it respond for 5 till 10 seconds

what is that problem ?

 

Alright problem two

after placing 3 fragment, waiting 2-3 minutes, lol. three gauldur brother showed up , the first brother seems fine just my team that seems too OP for him, but the problem showed up when the second son showed up, the second were teleport correctly(with his 3 illusion), but when his health drained very fast he doesn't teleport, he does teleport when he got beated but not teleported where he should be, he just teleported in where he got beated, after that the third brother teleported, no problem on him teleported were fine, when fighting is fine, and he teleported where he should be.

Any ideas what problem is that

Well, I'm not sure about problem two. But problem one (the delay when trying to activate/place items on pedestal) sounds like you may have some problems with script lag. This can happen if you have a lot of scripted mods running. I don't have many suggestions except to point out that your load order looks like it needs sorted out. Have you tried sorting your mods with LOOT (http://loot.github.io/)? I would also suggest, since you have all the DLC, installing the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch (also known as USLEEP http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214/?) since it has a lot of bug fixes. Maybe this might help with your problem.

Script lag is a CPU/RAM issue from my experience, you gotta let go of a mod that is using up a lot of scripts

 

You have Civil War with OBIS installed. NPC generators will make your game very hefty and I always see people with these sort of issues with mods like them. Their great and all but that if you don't like lag don't use them.
