Massive Save Bloating After Second Adoption

I've run into an issue where my save keeps bloating as soon as I adopt a second child. Using a save cleaning tool, I found that there are thousands of copies of the "BYOH_QF_BYOHRelationshipAdopt_01004286" script in my save, and it duplicates seemingly exponentially the longer I play on test saves. The script seems to reference all the Honorhall orphans, which is interesting as it began occurring after adopting a child from outside Honorhall as well. It's really nasty, at any rate, with one of my test saves reaching a couple hundred mb in size in the course of about an hour or two. I've tried experimenting with load order and finding conflicts, but I can't find any conflicts that should cause this sort of thing in TESVEdit and I've not found any alternate load orders that work (Before you ask, yes I use LOOT).
