Mod Request: Igni Impact "Cracked" Texture Effect

I got mod kitchen and uncooked files and have been working on a mod to change the coloring of igni a bit.

However, I am unable to locate the texture for the weird, ugly, low res "cracked" effect that occurs when using fire stream. It covers the area during combat, looks really ugly, and even shows up under water...I personally despise it.

 

Would anyone who is more experienced with mods that I be willing to have a go at making a mod to make it disappear? I don't know what would be more effective, making a mod that deleted the texture entirely, or making a mod that renders the texture invisible.

 

Anyone wanna take up the task?
