OBLIV_2008
Hey there Ladies and Gents, I am trying to figure out how in the New Vegas to increase vendor caps. I have a mod, but a couple of vendors really don't have enough, and Gun Runners has too much. From what I have read once you go over an amount of caps for a vender then that vendor will not give you caps for merchandise sold. I have run into this with Gun Runners, so I need to decrease the amount of caps that the Vendotron has, but I have not been able to figure this out. Help me please! marharth
You could just open the console and click on em. Do additem f moneyammounthere to give them caps. Since your using mods you also have to have the console, so that's pretty much all you need to do. Unless I am missing something, is there a reason why you would not just want to use the console? I have done this[using the console], but I just would like to know how to set the Vendor caps using GECK. I have been trying to figure it out and it is driving me nuts. And it is probably so simple it is ridiculous.
marharth
Haven't used the GECK for a while, but aren't caps just stored in the NPCs inventory?
