How do I combine multiple mods into 1

I've recently felt that my number of miscellaneous weapon and armor mods are getting to numerous for my computer. I've tried using the tutorials but every time that i do this in fnvedit it says that the original files are needed in the file but i want to get it to have all of the data on its own. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
