Jeremyk2106
Just wondering when this issue with nmm is gonna be resolved. Its annoying having to redo plugins.txt every time i open nmm. I don't wanna add new mods now because its annoying having to re paste my plugins.txt every time its wiped just to play with my mods.
ddavies10693
Did it update again within the last few hours? as far as I know, it is working, and has been for a few weeks. Unless it just updated again today.
Jeremyk2106
Did it update again within the last few hours? as far as I know, it is working, and has been for a few weeks. Unless it just updated again today.Just started to play again last week so not up to date on this but everytime i open nmm it now removes every plugin from the plugin.txt list and im left with Fallout4 esm and i have to replace the list with all the plugins and asterix Edited June 1, 2016 by Jeremyk2106
ddavies10693
So the presence of the asterisk within the txt file now just activates the mod. NMM updated so that the asterisk is automatically added to plugins.txt when you enable it through NMM. The esp being listed in the txt file USED to mean it was enabled, but now it must be listed in that file, and havethe asterisk in order to be enabled. What happens if you enable all mods, then uncheck just one of esps, then close NMM? does it remove the asterisk within plugin.txt on just that mod, or all of them? Does nmm auto update i do i have to go re download it ?
BlackRoseOfThorns
Does nmm auto update i do i have to go re download it ? Open NMM and check icons in the upper right corner, press update button. The issue with NMM resetting plugin list was resolved some time ago, you just need the latest version.

I kinda feel silly now having an older version of nmm i guess i didn't see any pop up telling me it was outdated.

ddavies10693
Ah see I got the impression you were already fully updated, and your issue was something completely separate. Glad it's fixed.
