Severe problem caused by modding

EDIT: It was animated prostitution bugging out.

So for some reason most if not all NPC's at the strip decide to pack up and leave new vegas wandering to somewhere in the mojave(to where I don't know) I was wondering if someone knew which mod is causing this to me.

Okay I've definitely found something. My console keeps spamming "dance calling npc's". Anyone know which mods does this and how to stop it?
