Triggering companion murder reaction dialogue

Hi, total CK beginner here, trying to figure out what exactly triggers murder reaction dialogue for companions (i.e. dialogue when the player kills an innocent person). If it even is possible, could be unused content as I've yet to actually see anyone trigger it.

 

There is an actor value for companions called CA_WantsToTalkMurder.

 

Default value is 0.

If set to 1 or 2 the companion in question will start a conversation about you murdering people.

 

Changing it using console commands is simple enough. For Nick it would be 00002f25.setav CA_WantsToTalkMurder 1.

But I just can't figure out what exactly changes this value in a non-cheatsy game session.

 

Help would be much appreciated
