Clanden CUT or unlocked dialogue?

Hi! I have a question. I'm currently trying to figure out how to get Clanden's quests to work properly in Fallout: New Vegas.

 

It seems his quest is broken.

When looking at his dialogue, there seems to be an option where you deceive Clanden and tell him that you are sending him a girl. There's no mention of it anywhere on any gamefaqs, forum or video or even on the wiki. Is this mode disabled? It's not even in the Uncut versions as well. At least not to my knowledge.

 

{Angry} what the f*** are you trying to pull here? Where is my girl?

Now I'm gonna have to kill your sorry ass.

This isn't working properly. To my knowledge, there is only *one* way to deal with Clanden and that's only available if you unlock his safe and confront him about the tapes in his safe in which you are only given three options

 

1. You sell him back his tapes

2. You don't give him the tapes and he attacks you.

3. You tell him to leave and he leaves.

 

How do you do the option in which you bring him to a room and trick him?

Actually I think I figured it out. Not exactly figured it out. But here's what I did.

Did some investigation.

I took that Dialogue topic and removed the Conditions. Then I put those topics in some of his generic topics to see what he does.

Turns out what he does is walks to the unlocked room with the dead hooker. Then he gets mad and shoots you.

Not sure if this dialogue is disabled but if it is, it makes sense why the developers disabled it. It doesn't logically make sense why he'd open the door
