Flattening Settlement Ground Mod?

Has anyone ever tried to make this? It would just seem to make putting up a fence around the perimeter do-able, since all of the hills and valleys are gone.

That sounds simple but is in fact really difficult if not impossible to do. Just place concrete blocks around the perimeter then fence or more blocks above them. Or just fill the valleys with blocks

I use a combination of the "place everywhere" mod, S'n'B's concrete greenhouse foundations and some console commands to build my epic-huge walls. Top 'em off with Covenant walls and turret stands, stairways to traverse the different levels (Somerville Place in particular is a -fun- one to do, three or four levels of foundation-wall), and a single hole for an entrance, with no less than a half-dozen Gauss turrets covering it from up high.

 

Failing that, there's always DDProd's insta-wall mod, though it tends to be overzealous and -will- cause lag.
