FO4edit load order : Date its installed as oppose to Current Load-Order structure

This program for m does not look @ the loadorder correctly, it seems to organis or look at the esp files in the order in which they are installed.

 

In attempt to merge plugins it tells mecertain files need to be loaded in the load order 1st; Well they are above in the load order, is there a way in changin how FO4edit looks @ this!
