All settlements not having the ability to build structures ie. walls, poss acting as 'player home' settlements (like homebase or the mechanist

So i recently installed a few more mods on top of my previous mods and now my settlement customisation menu refuses to let me build structures such as walls, prefabs etc. I assume this is due to the mods i recently downloaded. I shall include my mod list. If anyone knows which mods may be causing this, if it is a common issue or if you can sooth my aching heart, please help.

What version of Fallout 4 are you using?

I see that you're using Snap'n Build, quite a few more than I am. When I installed that one I had issues with my Structures category being gone as well. I believe there should be a fix for it on the mod page called Snap'n Build Structures Fix.esp. I had to use that to get my structures category back and now I can build anything that I wish from that category.

I'm not sure, I don't know much about console modding at the moment. Let me ask someone real quick.
