Twisted left arm when strafing left as a female? (SOLUTION)

If this is in the wrong subforum then I apologize, just move it -it is my first time posting here.

So a few days ago while messing around with various mods I noticed that all my female characters got a severly twisted left arm while strafing to the left. At first I thought it had something to do with body replacer, but after various experiments I came to the conclusion that the skeleton.nif itself must have been corrupted somehow.

Disabling all mods did not work, clean reinstall did not work either. Googling did not provide any solution either. After an hour or so of trying different mods that altered the skeleton.nif I finally found a solution. This mod : http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35047, the skeleton.nif included there will fix the skeleton.nif and remove the twisted arm problem, if you are unsure on how to do it just install the entire mod and then reinstall any body replacer you might want/have over it (replace any duplicate files).

Note that if you do a clean reinstall you will need to also reinstall the skeleton.nif since the original is still corrupted. If anyone could actually explain why the skeleton.nif was corrupted and why the heck it still persists after a clean install (tried manual aswell, deleting entire folder+saved games+settings) I would be interested in knowing!

Because that's how Obsidian left it when they were done with it. It's not a bug, it's working as intended. And Obsidian never intended to fix it.

Now you know why sites like this prosper, and why if a non-moddable Fallout was released, it would be the end of the franchise.
