Iron Sight problems

Hello

 

This has been really annoying me, but weapons that do not have true iron sightys, such as laser weapons, when holding right click will aim from the hip, but when you go to fire they'll shoot from the shoulder

 

so in short everytime you fire with certain guns it keeps zooming in on the weapons then zooming out. With things like the laser detonator used in Lonesome Road, even though the weapons doesnt use iron sights it aims with iron sights and the cursor which is supposed to disappear, stays on screen

 

I do not know what mod is causing this but I HATE this glitch, please help

I found out archive invalidation is causing this error, but I cannot understand why I seem to be the only one with this problem, even froma clean install.... from a different system!
