Fallout4 edit issues

So i have quickly hit my mod limit of 255 and am trying to condense some mods down so can add some more things.

Issue im having is that my LOOT is up to date with my order , however my FallOut4 edit is not correct with its load order and is hitting the error before it compiles completely.

I set all the files in %appdata% to non read for when i update my masterlist but it is still not correct.

any ideas??

From the FO4Edit page:

Be sure you are using the EXE from FO4Edit 3.1.3 - 98cdbf3. Make sure you have installed 61.23 of NMM if you haven't already. Then get loot 0.9.0 either from the Nexus or Github. After you are certain you have those installed do this.

1. Go to C:\Users\<<username>>\AppData\Local\Fallout4
2. Delete the loadorder.txt because none of the programs I mentioned make it or manage it anymore if you have the latest versions.
3. Go to C:\Users\<<username>>\AppData\Local\LOOT or %localappdata% and delete settings.yaml because 0.9.0 isn't compatible with older settings files.
4. Sort with LOOT

Once your mods are sorted, then your load order should be correct in FO4Edit.

The only time things will look out of place is if you just added a file in your data folder and it's not in plugins.txt for some reason.

If you have exactly 255 mods you may not be able to load the last one. It starts with 0 as the first mod, so it's form 0 to 254 and includes all DLC and the UFO4P.
