djangoku Posted June 6, 2016 Share Posted June 6, 2016 I put this in spoilers because... If i rember correctly, you need to complete the first quest for Kessler in Bunker Hill. After that you can build "Caravan Trade Post" in your Settlements under Ressources. This should bring all Bunker Hill Traders to your Settlements from time to time.
