LE Need help with Follower Mod

Hey, So i watched a youtube video -Making a follower from RaceMenu version 3- from bad apple pie

 

I got 4 things wrong with my follower. Perk/Stats, Brown face, no makeup tints and odd forehead hairline.

Her hair is the correct color and all the textures came in. Her eyes, mouth, eye brows are perfect. Cept the obvious elephant in the room....

 

when I manager her with AFT and check her stats they are all at 50H/50S/50M but im sure i set it to auto calculate and add an addition 50 so she starts with 100 everything off the start.

 

Then make up, i thought that would transfer over with the CTRL+f4 and the nifmerge process. :sad:

 

I dont know where my Oops was, any suggestions?

I may have fixed the perks. thats it.

For the brown face, open the mod in the Creation Kit. Select your NPC in the Actors tab, and press Ctrl + F4. You will be asked if you want to export Facegen data for the selected actors, or something like that, choose yes. The game will create folders that contain your NPC's face data in them, if you plan to upload your mod be sure to include those folders.
