Igetbabes
so can other npcs just randomly start brawls with you? or do you start it yourself? like some drunk guy starts like hitting you or something like that. and then how theres always those finishing moves, you could like choke someone out in a tavern brawl. thatd be pretty cool

But good info nonetheless. But to the OP, I haven't seen any info on who starts it. But, I'd imagine that all it would take is talking to a drunk and saying one wrong thing and they start throwing punches. :)

Just cast a "frenzy" spell (assuming they're still in Skyrim) :P
Odai
... its a dialogue option similar to taunt in Morrowind... You start fighting. If you win you get the info you want, lose, you dont get it. If you straight up punch someone then you do damage to their health and get charged with assault. The dialogue option confirmation comes from the leaked manual. The doing damage when not in the dialogue form is found in many journalist articles where the player just runs around fist fighting.
hejpadig
I heard that tavern brawls are in. All of them are non lethal. I'm almost 100% certain that even Zaldiir had it in the Information thread a few months back.

Odai
Look back like to page 4 or 5... its been posted on here recently [edit]http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/443427-skyrim-manual-leaked/ Dialogue Options -Persuade: Try and get a person to tell you something with speech alone. The higher the skill the higher the chance of success -Intimidate: Forcefully persuade person to talk. Success based on speech kill, and character level -Bribe: Coax a character into talking with a sum of gold -Brawl: Engage in a fist fight with the character, win and get the information you need. While neither of you can die in a fistfight, if you use a weapon, the fight will turn into live combat with any associated crime.
