I don't know if that person put the mod on the internet yet but, I've been looking forever for that mod. If anyone can help me, that would be great. If not, there's some kind of ayleid thing that's floating, don't know where, but it does need SI. It was actually the house on the water mod.don't ask me, but of course I can't play oblivion until christmas. for people who might go looking for it, it is called bogwater settlement.
