roquefort
Does it lag in base-game buildings? If not, what building mods are you having trouble in? NB: Have patience -- this is a forum not a chatroom
Maskar
Maybe it's a lighting issue which your gfx card can't handle properly. Try disabling them and see what happens (disable in the console). Edited October 25, 2011 by Maskar
David Brasher
A lot of house modders are irresponsible and put like 40 lights in one small room. All those intersecting light radii can bring a computer to its knees. A really weak computer could possibly even experience a CTD. If there is a house mod that you really like, except for the lag, you could open it in the CS and delete most of the lights so that there are no intersecting light radii.
