nishitetsu Posted October 25, 2011 Share Posted October 25, 2011 Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone had tried to combine the coat worn by Regulators over a vault suit. I've looked around Nexus for any mods like this, and I haven't seen any, or a request for it. If it isn't made already I was wondering if someone might be interested in putting together one, I had tried myself at one point but failed horribly since I don't have any experience with making mods. I've just always felt the coat worn by NCR rangers was rather bulky, and I thought a regulator coat over a vault suit, maybe utility version if possible would be pretty cool.
