LE Universal text encoding ?

Hi.

I'd like to make a translated subtitles mod after the game is out,but unfortunately I think that Skyrim won't have universal text encoding to support non-latin alphabets natively.

At least Oblivion didn't.

 

I lack the programming skills to encode the game to depict appropriately other alphabets, :( but in case it did I would be happy to write down the subtitles myself! :D

 

So my request is that some experienced modder with programming skills,can mod Skyrim so it can depict non-latin alphabet characters natively,same way as Google Chrome does.

If that was there,I could then sit down and translate all the text of the game to my own language,so some of my friends that doesn't speak english well can enjoy the game too! :)

What do you say ? Anybody interested ?
