TinCupChalice Posted October 25, 2011 Share Posted October 25, 2011 Hi i'm having a problem with fallout 3 lately. I can't load or start a new game. When i either load or start a new game I go to a loading screen and then after it finishes loading I crash and end up back at the desktop. I had uninstalled all mods and have re downloaded fallout 3 goty through steam. Any ideas of what is going wrong? I am running the game on my MacBook pro 13'' through parallel 7 with intel duo processor 1.44 GHz and have a nvida g 320m graphics card. I am running Windows 7 64x Professional service pack 1 and running fallout 3 as Windows xp Service pack 3. It was running fine a few days ago any help to fix this problem is greatly appreciated. Off to the parallel forums to see if others are either having a similar problem or if they have any ideas on how i might be able to fix it. Edit: Just went and downloaded the current version of directx. don't think that is the problem here but will try it.
