That's a preview video - different from the X-play episode...

 

The things I saw on the X-play episode were:

*NPC lounging on a throne saying "I would gladly retire for the world, would(were?) such a day be gone"

*Butcher's outdoor shop (lots and lots of meat and fish) in the middle of a town

*White horse being ridden

*Pinto (white and black) horse being ridden

*Camp on a mountain (with tents) overlooking massive Skyrim view

*New Stealth Kill animation

*NPCs seated inside & one saying "But I still hear the call of the Blood" (ooh - interesting!)

*Huge Falcon/Bird statue at the top of a mountain with an NPC (or maybe a Dovahkiin smithing at it's base) - Daedra?

*NPC walking on a dock next to a building that has a sign that says 'Fast Emperor Company Warehouse"

 

Among these things I also saw what looked like an execution scene with someone head being chopped off. Not that it's really super cool or anything, just the only new thing I saw that you didn't mention.

I was wondering if we (the player) would be able to do anything about that, or if it was just sort of like a video introduction the city. Like saying it's a 'no nonsense' type of place.
