Pyrger
I had a mod which set the timescale to 1:1 before the 1.5 patch f*#@ed that up. I need a mod that would do this for survival mode. This would mean that of course time and date would move slower but it also reduces the time you need to spend on eating and drinking all the time. I just hate that in few f*#@ing minutes I need to drink eat or sleep. I was very disappointed that this was not in the game as an option.
Hallgarth
1:1 timescale will break your game. Scripts start to fail and events don't run properly if you set the timescale too low.

I got 1:1 timer to work in FO3 and FNV

It will suddenly take your character hours to walk places that are minutes away IRL (the inverse problem of the default timescale). I have found a timescale of 8 to closely approximate how far a human could run or walk briskly between areas of Boston, but feel free to check my math.
