I need help, pleeeeeeaaase!!!

Hello guys, it's my first post here and i hope i've putted it in the right place.

Well, my problem is...i would like to know if somebody can tell me if there is a mod that allows me to teletransport my character from the various Mages Guild to Frastcrag Spire ( i want to reach Frostcrag very quickly ) because is a very far place and i don't want to use the fast travel because it's boring and however the place still remains very far, it doesn't help a lot. But i want to move fast from Frostcrag to the Mages Guild in the same way too ( it is not possible at the moment with the mod i've tried )...soooo.....my question at the end is: there is someone who knows about the existence of a mod that allows me to reach the various Mages Guild from Frostcrag Spire using teletransport platform?

There someone disposed to create a mod like that? It will be very useful in my opinion... :blush: :blush: :blush: :blush: :blush:

That's right. But there's not *From Guilds to Frostcrag*. For example, if one is in Leyawiin and want to go to Frostcrag instantly, there's no conventional way to do it.

There are really 2 problems with this.

 

First any additions would have to made within the official mod for anything to work. One mod referencing another is never a good idea since any change in load order can break both parts. As it is an official mod, it could not be distributed or shared. This means that if you want it done, you'll have to do it on your own.

 

Second, the problem with any door based teleport system is that NPCs often change their pathing between towns to use those teleports. Scripting the teleporters to only work for the play usually only results in those NPCs just sitting there trying to repeatedly use the teleporter. An activator based teleporter doesn't usually have this problem, but can be a bit more difficult to setup, especially if you want multiple ones, going both ways.

As said by the first poster the teleportation from Frostcrag spire is there already - just check all the doors to find it. But is the fast travel really so boring? From leaving the mages guild in Bravil or any other guild to arriving at FS using fast travel takes about a minute. So why would any modder worry about shaving a few seconds off? Patience is a virtue you know.
