RitualBlack
I recently had a bug with my deadly reflex and one kill was done without the slow motion. I found it to be much cooler because it happens fast and without warning. I was looking through the deadly reflex scripts and was unable to find the script that deals with the slow mo and uses the "Exited.wav" sound. I am using version 4.03 because I find it most balanced. Is it possible to permanently disable the slow motion effects and still have a stable game?

Is it possible to permanently disable the slow motion effects and still have a stable game? is this in oblivion or skyrim?... im pretty sure it can be done, but it might be hard coded to the engine if you cant find it in the regular scripts for the game, there are also a ton of scripts that dont show up normally too (you are probably already aware of this stuff, just trying to cover the basics) if it is hard coded you can make small workaround mods using custom scripts (script extender is good for this) to sort of reverse or bipass the code. it also depends on how the engine handles the event... thats about as much usefull info that i have for the time being lol hope it helps some. RitualBlack
Deadly Reflex ts a user created (Skycaptain) Oblivion mod which does use the script extender. The slo motion effects are put in by the author as Oblivion didn't have any dismemberment in it. I was wondering if the script which triggered the slo mo had a certain time scale variable which could be safely edited. The mod its self is extremely complicated, and a ton of lines of code. I only know how to create models and textures so my ability to edit a script is limited to very small alterations. I just asked this question in hopes that someone had poked around with the script. I wouldn't expect anyone really to do so, but it would be cool if it was done  . (Skyrim wasn't out when I posted this topic so I didn't specify which game, sorry about any confusion  )
