How do i transfer a save game face to an npc as a new mod?

I was trying to use face ripper, but it just gives me this error and no ids for the npcs... tried manually adding the id and gives me the same error...

 

So is there any other way to do this?

The NPC's data has to be in the mod. So, if a mod edits Piper, you can use face ripper to change her face in that mod. But you can't rip Piper's face into say, Darker Nights.
