There is already the hairstyles, and the hair colours, (although I don't expect to see Ruby Rhod's hairstyle any time soon) so now we just need the outfit/s. A modder by the name of EmTschi created a version for Skyrim, of Leeloo's outfit based on the CBBE v3 body, but it hasn't been updated for a number of years ...
