evilmonkey329
Hey forums! i have terrible FPS with fallout new vegas, 5-10fps indoors, sometimes less outside. i get maybe 10-15fps on fallout 3. installed all fixes/patches --- graphics set to bare minimum.pinpointed problem to - piece of s*** computer so, what do i need to upgrade to give myself a playable fps on new vegas, 30+ fps at least? my specs:AMD Athlon II X3 440 Processor - 3.00 GHz3.00GB RAMnVIDEA GeForce 6150SE 256MB graphics card with DirectX 9.0c support (no idea about shader model xx) i was thinking of getting a 1GB Graphics card and some more RAM, but know very little about graphics cards. my budget is $100 for graphics. i have seen some 1GB for $25, and some for $180, i am unsure of what the difference is, and whether $25 cards are actually any good. system apparently meets minimum requirements, but that is obviously total bulls***.
