Sithis66 Posted November 25, 2007 Share Posted November 25, 2007 Ok i found an item i think a book or note i dont know theres no pic of it but its called "horse armor plans" it sayes "im a set of horse armor plans" what is it for i know its not to get the horse armor but im at a loss for its use and its considerd a quest item. so if any one know what to do with it id be greatfull. Gafgar Adolis Posted November 25, 2007 Share Posted November 25, 2007 They were supposed to be part of the Horse Armor plugin, originally you would seek out the horse armor plans and turn them in to get your horse armored.
