Thandal
Hmmm... Are you sure you've "gotten through the whole DLC"? 1. Circle Library.2. Elven Ruins (broken Eluvian).3. Cadash Thaig (Lights of Arlathan).4. Dragonbone Waste (Finn had to "scry" the location first).5. The Nest (intact Eluvian).
ChuckFlash
Hey, I just dug out DAO to finish all the DLC i had not done before. Seems to be some glitch or bug with the DLC triggers.I have played Witch Hunt all the way to the Dragonbone wastes, no battle in the area where the Door is found, and the Nest door will not open. There is no transit arrow, door symbol, or anything to click in order to open the door. Also:I played A tale of Orzammar to the end area, where i found the Tomb, and defeated the Golum, nothing there to click/look at.And the final battle where Behlen should show up never happens, and the finish would never start. After being stuck in two of these, which i can not finish. I am not sure i want to spend the time on any of the others. Any one who can offer a fix or solution for this problem, will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any help given.
ChuckFlash
I gave up on Witch hunt and A tale of Orzammar for the time being. Imported my DAO save into Awakening, got thru everything up to meeting Oghren just standing there, will not have a conversation, just says "Darkspawn killing time"Also the Door will not open. Starting to look like all my dlc are messed up. Would love to finish these, but need some serious help.Been looking for anything to fix this issue with no luck. Few more days an i guess i will put it back on the Shelf.
balrog9
In preparation to import my previous characters into DAI I replayed Witch Hunt and was having the exact same issues (same with Awakenings) and it was my mods. I had to disable all of my mods. Once I was running just the Bioware content everything worked fine.

Glad you got things sorted, but there is no reason to replay DAO/DAA/WH/DA2/Legacy/MotA just for DAI. THERE IS NO DIRECT SAVE IMPORT INTO DA: Inquisition! None. Period. Using the Dragon Age Keep you can build a "world-state" as the initial starting conditions for your Inquisitor, but that doesn't require even ever having played the previous games, much less having played them "right". And there is no import of plot-points or decisions. The Keep just grabs your Warden's and/or your Hawke's; Name, Gender, Race, Class, (and for the Warden) Origin if they were previously saved on the BSN. And even then you still have to make your world-state choices in the Keep! If you don't have any characters previously saved, you can just choose one of the defaults provided. They have all the Genders/Races/Classes/(Origins) available for you.
