coldreactive
Like, literally, add a new class to Skyrim, where you can summon technological wonders, and have a perk tree that buffs passively them, etc? I made a suggestion once (not here mind you) to maybe have such a thing in the next elder scrolls, but I don't see it happening anytime soon (but who knows): http://pastebin.com/k1bHEyt1
BigBizkit
You know, at first I was like "hm, I made a few engineer-ish themed traps and stuff. I guess I could bundle them together". But after reading your ideas... ++ Drivable Vehicles (IE: Boats) ++ Multi-Continental Travel in Real Game-Time (Via aforementioned ships) ++ Automancer (Engineer Guild) ++ Jump Height Upgrades / Enchantments ++++ Fall Damage Reducers / Enchantments ++ Grand Monsters (Boat-Sized and bigger Sea Dragons, Rebel Dragons, etc.) ++ Living Dungeon (A Leviathan Sea Monster?) ++ Dynamic/Changing and Evolving Puzzles ...it seems like you want larger than life stuff. coldreactive
Sorry for the no-response, but yeah, might be a bit much to ask of modders. However, there is a medieval-ish MMORPG called Final Fantasy XIV that utilizes engineer-type things mentioned. (More so, it's technology left over from past civilizations.) So it isn't out of the question.
