TheMorgawr
Hello. I'm a noob looking for some help. I was curious if anyone could tell me what kind of program you guys and ladies are using to make some of the scenes I've been seeing on the forums here. I was hoping to learn how to make characters or scenic pictures like what I see posted here. Any help would be appreciated. If it helps my computer specs are simple, a Dell STudio 2010 model with Windows 7 and simple basic programs. That means yes. I don't know anything at all right now and am looking to learn. Thanks for the help,The Morgawr
TheReverendTholomewPlague
Well, you could try Photoshop for image editing. The alternative is GIMP. While not as powerful as Photoshop, it IS completely free. Seeing as you want to learn, here are a few tutorials: GIMP: http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/ http://www.gimp-tutorials.com/ http://www.noupe.com/how-tos/30-exceptional-gimp-tutorials-and-resources.html Photoshop: http://www.good-tutorials.com/tutorials/photoshop http://photoshoptutorials.ws/ http://www.photoshopstar.com/ http://psd.tutsplus.com/Hope that helps and good luck with the learning :) Edited October 29, 2011 by TheReverendTholomewPlague
