Akatosh2903
Hey Guys. The higher the listed number the more complicated the mod, mods that have been slashed are no longer desired, mods in green mean that I have figured out how to implement them, mods in orange is under revision, and mods in red are baffling me considerably. For the colour-blind I will put a letter next to a mod that denotes it's condition, /A\ means that I have figured out how to implement the mod, /B\ means that the mod is under revision, and /C\ means that a mod is baffling me pretty darn hard :wallbash: . I've got plans to modify my HUD but don't know how, so how could I:/A\ 1. Alter my aiming reticle./B\ 2. Change the ammo display so that it shows how many rounds I have in my clip and inventory put together./B\ 3. Add a timer to the HUD that shows (in seconds) how much time I have before an effect (likely from a chem) wears off./C\ 4. Remove the enemy health bar and swap it for a value that shows what percentage of health it has left. Thanks in advance. Akatosh2903 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Regarding the aforementioned desires:1. Should be the simplest as it is only editing an image file. 2. Here's an example for clarity: I am using an assault rifle, I have 24 rounds in the clip, and 24 rounds in my inventory, using the default HUD it would display my ammo like this 24/24, what I want it to do is display my ammo like this 24/48. 3. I realise that I would have to find some way to make the counter only display the duration of chems, otherwise it would get stuck on something such as an apparel enchantment or the debuff from a crippled limb, given some thinking I could find a way to work around this so don't feel obliged to find a solution to this problem, nevertheless suggestions will still be appreciated though they do not have to be especially detailed. 4. I realise that this modification is pretty complicated, and honestly this is one I have no idea how to implement, so help is very much appreciated with regards to this one. I do however know the formula to get a percentage of a value, which will likely be a small but important part of this mod.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------After giving the interfaceshared0 file a once over I've figured out that a timer such as the one in "3." is impractical, and a pictogram incorporating bars is likely the more practical solution (chalk one up for the developers), also due to the aforementioned once over, I have figured out how to edit the reticle, although as of yet (29th October 9:13pm GMT) I have no idea whether my alteration will work.
