I get Over -Encumbered message whenever i try to upgrade my power armor, thus taking damage even though my inv space is fine. 2.I keep getting crashes around the Trinity Tower area, dont know why. AMD Athlon x3 455 3.3ghz 4GB RAM GTX960 And i have played on 3 characters before, didnt encountered any of the problems above.
