NPC's have black faces

I have not added any mods , I did move some down on there order to load. But now I can go to any place and there is some of the NPC have black faces bodies are fine. they will still talk and do there things but the faces. I have been there before and all of them where fine. Any idea on what I need to do I put back the mods order but that did not change it.

What's your load order?

Not sure if this will help I went and started a new game to see what was black the faces it is doing to is the Imperial, and any that are half Imperial. The rest are fine. I'm trying to see what I can do or reinstall to replace them.

To be honest, with that number of mods, I'm surprised your game even starts. The first thing to do would be to turn off Exnems, and everything that depends on it, and see if that helps at all. If that doesn't work, try disabling Ren's beauty pack.

 

Also, what is Get Wet? I seem to remember a mod which makes people look wet when they go in water, is that it? If so, try disabling that too, it almost certainly conflicts with Exnem's.

Ok I uninstalled Oblivion and started over I have the heads back like they should be but now the eyes oare black. The eyes are there but everyone else I meet have black eyes with a white center.

Any ideas??

If you didn't delete the old data folder, you'll still have issues. You need to fresh instal without using the muddled up data folder of your previous install.

I did that I started fresh not a thing on my computer had Oblivion on it. I dont think the body mods are dong it. I just added Exnem EyeCandy and Roberts. I added them after I did the updates and then unofficial Patch and OOO.
