NVSE/Beth Launcher problem.

Hello everyone. This is my first time posting on the Nexus forums.. If I'm doing something wrong please, feel free to correct me.

I've tried to find a solution to my problem but I can't seem to.

I recently installed nVamp, and I wish I could say it's running smoothly, but I don't know if it is - I can't launch the game. It isn't that it CTD's, it's that the Launcher keeps blocking me.

If I try to open NVSE it goes to the Launcher, and if I click play in the Launcher it restarts the Launcher. I don't know what this means, but it's a bit annoying. My game ran fine before I started modding it.

I don't think I have any problem with the mods, I semi-know what I'm doing when it comes to modding; I have FCOM running no problem. I honestly can't find anything wrong in the actual data files, and I doubt it's there. I figure it has to be something in the .ini of either NVSE or Fallout itself that is messing up, and I don't really want to fool around in there. I haven't tried re-installing everything yet, because I want to come here before I go through all of that in the hopes that you guys know whats up and save me a lot of hassle.

I've re-installed the Fallout update, and even re-installed Steam because I know NVSE runs something through Steam.

My game isn't pirated.

Have you enabled the, "allow in-game community option" in your steam settings? Also make sure you have the right version of NVSE. It's rather funny, my NVSE works in my game but I can't get the geck to make NVSE commands lol. The launch through editor doesn't do anything.
