Land texture tiling

I recently installed DAO again and am noticing strange texture tilings on outdoor settings. It's like you can see the squares that compose the land. It happens at middle distance, the far away hills dont display like this, and the very near land dosent display the lines, but you can see sudden variation on shadow as if on the tile's borders.

This problem gets worse the lower in game graphic setting I choose. It's less noticeable on High and way more noticeable on Low, but I play on Medium.

I'm using Jb3 texture pack with all updates available.

My graphic card is ATI Radeon HD 3400, I also use ATI Tray Tools.
