without arena raiments my rings won't equip

Hi, i just started the game a few days ago. My problem is :

 

I went into the imperial city , began a quest for a merchant (Unfriendly Competition)

 

In the quest you have to wait that a npc goes out of his house to investigate. As he seemed to take his time , i decided to try the Arena.

 

I fought my first battle , won , and decided to keep the railment (heavy , but after some tries my problem occurs also with the light one)

 

Then i was able to continue my quest. i solved it and won the weatherward circlet.

 

I then went out of town to travel west. Found a house , solved another quest and was rewarded with a ring , the jewel of i don't remember , providing constant breathing underwater.

 

On my way west i went into a castle ruin. fought , and took another armor : but i had to let the railment down cause too heavy.

 

Some days after i realized that i couldn't stay long underwater. I checked and see my rings were both unequipped. i equip them and i have a magical effect surrounding me. And again no breathing.

 

After some tries i realized that every time i equip them in the inventory , they are automatically unequipped when resuming the game.

 

I tried several solutions (putting stuff away , beeing naked except rings and so on) but nothing to solve that.

 

I then tried to figure out from whitch save game the issue began.

 

And what i found is that : if i have the raiment with me but unequipped or if i don't have it , the rings (all the rings , enchanted or not) will be auto unequipped!!

As soon as i put the railment on me , all rings are equipped with it.

I tryed to put rings on ground then the railment , then to equip it without rings in inventory but bug still here.

Tried to restart the game from the arena save to see if puting the railment in the shelve would do but no.

 

Does anyone have an idea... i will restart the game but i am a bit reluctant to try the arena now.

Ok topic closed i found the problem . It comes from the SP1stPlegs mod whitch was designed to view legs in first person ,mainly to enhance the immersion while using deadly reflexes.
