I'm 32.

But I'm slowly noticing a generation gap with the current gamer generation.

Yesterday I was reading a preview. And the previewer mentioned about Skyrim, when you use fire magic with both hands, you know, it's like a 'Kamehameha'.

I never heard of it. Apparently it's something from a (recent?) manga.

To me it's more like 'Haidouken', a relic from the nineties. I'm growing old. Oh, well :P

its from Dragonball Z which is old too, then again Im 19 so that just may be subjective. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragon_Ball

I watched Power Rangers, Dragonball, GI Joe, Bill Nye, and Beast Wars growing up. I remember the floppy disk, the walkman, the OJ Trial, Clinton Impeachment, and the macarena. I played Pokemon Yellow, Ocarina of Time, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Super Mario World 2, and Golden Eye 007 in my youth. I'm still young but I feel so old. These kids and their Call of Duty and Pimp My Ride. Back in my day MTV played music videos and video games took some mental effort.

I had no idea what either of those things were, so i googled it " we ARE the google nation " and it was obviously a reference to a manga called Dragon ball

Hmm.. That's indeed old (enough). Probably never was on tv here in the Netherlands, then :)
