Getting ambient occlusion in?

Most games are using SSAO, but not bethesda's games.

the OBGE mod for oblivion added this really really welcomed addition to the graphics and made the game look significantly better.

do u recon it will be possible to add SSAO into skyrim? Do u think it'll be relatively easy since the OBGE mod already exists for oblivion?

im pretty sure they included ssao in skyrim, http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/8746/skyrim8.jpg << < < thats what i see anyway

nah. there's no AO in this SS. i have watched leaked 360 footage as well as many screenshots and no AA in any of them. there is self shadows, but no AO.

AO is one of the things that made The witcher 2 look so much better, and as i said - made oblivion looks great with OBGE.... as well as the other shaders like color grading and bokeh DOF.

Try asking on the official OBGE thread. Im sure they can tell you what they plan on doing for Skyrim.

I'd love to, but the only thread i found was this:

http://forums.bethsoft.com/index.php?/topic/1246017-relwip-oblivion-graphics-extender/

and it's focused about Oblivion. not skyrim. is there a thread that discusses the potential of OBGE as SKGE or something like that?
