In need of some Screenshot advice...

Hey, first of all, I have to say that Oblivion is by far, my favorite game of them all, and what is Tess(nexus) except for my favorite modding site? Anyways, I have seen such great photos in the gallery, and I have tried to make some of my own, to no great success. I was just wondering if some of you great "photographers" had any suggestions/tips on how to create the environment and/or set up a really good screenshot. Any mods to suggest? Any favorable graphical settings? Also, I have heard of HRD, and how it can affect my video quality. Can this play a big role in my SS's? Thanks in advance!

P.S. Here's one one of my screenshots that I recently took. If you could base you suggestions off of this one, it would be cool. http://i227.photobucket.com/albums/dd162/gaarafuriku/Oblivion2007-11-2921-47-57-95.jpg

Texture packs and, adjusting how lights are handled by HDR, and having one of those good videocards. You might also want to considder having more items in the background that aren't LOD.
