gamemaster79
FFixyeah have you tried following the guide through the link that's located in my topic? It shows you exactly how to delete EVERY reference to Oblivion from your computer. I would try that first if you don't have any other options right now. Just keep any mod files or character files that you want to, and uninstall the game. All the best,Gamemaster
FFixyeah
*update* Thanks gamemaster, but I did reinstall it by looking for the setup.exe in the lector E. After reinstalling it, I found out I had to reinstall the patch 1.2, wich I did. Now, my problem is that after I install the patch, my oblivion game just don't work. I really don't know what to do, I don't think this patch is meant to do that. thanks again
FFixyeah
ALRIGHT!!!!! FOUND THE PROBLEM. I just started the game without any mods checked, an it actually worked. If this could help some people, well just turn all your mods off. I had lot of mods.... too bad, but I guess I'll stick with essential mods and see if it works. Great, glad that you found out the problem. This kind of thing happens a lot when there are a lot of mods running on one game. There are ways to tell which ones are conflicting with others, but I would just keep the ones that you like/"need", and if you find you don't really like a particular one then just get rid of it and try another one.
