Fraps Down

So yesterday I turned my comp on with the intent of doing some screen shots. Problem is that Fraps wont start, uninstall or do any thing.

 

Now when I try starting it up using the desk top icon I get the message,

"C:\Fraps\fraps.exe

This process terminated unexpectedly."

 

When I try going threw Wrye Bash I get,

"Traceback (most recent call last):

File "bash\basher.pyo", line 15086, in Execute

UnboundLocalError: local variable 'error' referenced before assignment"

 

I've done the inform windows about the problem since I had an update Thursday before the problem started. And as I said it wont uninstall, I figured it might help to try down loading the news version. Big surprise I cant run the setup program ether. I've tried downloading Xfire and Gamecam as alternatives for Fraps and the processes terminate unexpectedly. Any one got some ideas or advice?
