If so, would someone be able to create a mod that plays that sound when you level up in Fallout 3? If you decide to make it, I'll be sure to give you my endorsement. micalov Posted November 5, 2011 Share Posted November 5, 2011 You cant use (port) assets from other games and distribute, it copyright infringements, minus a few exceptions like stalker assets but you will have to read up on that to get the exacts of it.
