WarRatsG Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Hi :) Basically, what I want is a for a bed, as in the player activates it and the sleep/wait menu pops up, but with an alternate mesh. They only problem is that it appears to not work with alternate meshes - even the little icon doesn't appear when I place the crosshair over the object. I'm guessing this is something to do with the mesh itself, because all I am doing is editing and existing bed's ID and mesh. Do I have to alter the mesh to fix this problem? Or is there just a small problem somewhere else? Maybe it just needs a marker like other beds?
alonsomartinez Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 You need the furniture markers. I know you can do it in Blender, not really sure if it can be done in Nifskope.
JDFan Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 You need the furniture markers. I know you can do it in Blender, not really sure if it can be done in Nifskope. This is correct and Yes it can be done using Nifskope by copy|pasting the furniture marker from the Bed NIF into the new NIF
WarRatsG Posted November 6, 2011 Author Posted November 6, 2011 Ah thanks. I don't really know much about Nifskope or blender, so for now, I think I'll just script my way around it ;)

WarRatsG Posted December 3, 2011 Author Posted December 3, 2011 last I new the furniture markers were in cs.. right? I thought that maybe furniture markers could be added in the CS as well, but if there is one, then I haven't found a way yet. A friend was able to make add furniture markers to a mesh though, and it seemed to work fine.
