How hard would it be to do this?

Replace all Legion armor with variants of Stormtrooper armor and weapons to suit them, and to do the same thing to the NCR, but have them all wear rebel armor and weapons from Star Wars...maybe even have Caeser wear Darth Vader armor. I'm not experienced with using the G.E.C.K., but I want to get into it if I can do this.
