corban122
So, as the title goes, does anyone know any good locations to preorder? Either based on price, or preorder bonuses. :-)

Quetzlsacatanango
I wouldn't do that without some assurances that it can still do things like script extenders... D2D has not been good about that in the past.

Sad little man and not pre-ordering a game are two things that simply don't belong together.Pull it together.
VoraNoxstella
jump over to d2d, you can preload it right now.EW NO! They encrypt their EXEs, so if a script extender is made, it will never work for d2d
jason27131
Just so you know, I activated my Direct2Drive copy on steam, since IT'S A STEAMWORK GAME. They give you a cd-key, which you can register through steam, derp.

corban122
I was probably just going to order my copy through steam the night before, unless I found some stupid "preorder bonus DLC" somewhere, (or some store selling it for a couple bucks less.) My download speed is about 15 meg, so it will usually finish downloading long before I wake up. Bethesda developed games is the only company I can rationalize paying $60 for a game. I'll be playing Skyrim for hundreds of hours I'm sure. Edited November 8, 2011 by corban122
jason27131
Nebrule. IT'S A STEAMWORK GAME. AKA it always will activate on steam. AKA you can't play until steam unlocks the game wherever you ordered it or downloaded it from.
