Problems with gore settings

I have Project Nevada, Game Settings Tuner, and posopas mod that removes gore all together, and I have fine tuned the gore settings in PN and GST so that there shouldn't be any gore at all. And through all of this, there is no reduction in gore. My pc only has 3 gigs or ram, and it normally runs F:NV very well, but when I kill something and it's head/arm/leg/whole body explodes it usually crashes. If someone can help me get rid of the gore that would be great.
